Privacy Policy

CorbettPropertyHub (“we”) collects information you type into enquiry, listing and booking forms: name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, property preferences, budget, purpose, preferred call time, messages, and optional UTM campaign tags. We also store consent, page source, and appointment slots.

We use this to send matching property options, call or message you on the channel you agreed to, schedule visits, and keep a lead record for follow-up. If a Google Sheets webhook or official WhatsApp Business API is configured, a copy of the enquiry is sent there. We do not sell your number.

Legal basis in practice: your checkbox consent for phone and WhatsApp, and our legitimate need to answer a request you initiated. You can ask us to stop messages or delete your enquiry by writing to contact@corbettpropertyhub.com or messaging STOP on WhatsApp.

We retain lead records while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward for dispute and accounting needs, then delete or anonymise on request unless law requires otherwise.

Essential cookies run the site. Optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are used only if a measurement ID is configured and you accept analytics cookies.

Hosting, database, and messaging providers may process data on our behalf. We do not publish private property coordinates without owner approval.
